General Rules

*PLEASE READ* LOFT RULES

By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. Failing to obey rules may result in booking period ending early without any refund. In addition, if you fail to obey rules and damage property you may be charged extra fines.

OVERTIME FEE:

No free overtime. To avoid overtime charges please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment is outside of the room when booking period ends. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate by 30 minute increments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

PROHIBITED:

-no shoes on the rug

-no standing on the furniture

-no food or drinks on the furniture and rug

-no smoking in building

-no alcohol in building

-no pets

-do not disturb neighbors, LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED and no loitering in the building's hallways

-no burning of candles

-STUDIO DOOR MUST BE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES

-all hung pieces can not be moved, only chairs and small items such as books, columns, vases, small tables, etc can be moved

- no feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them.

PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES

You are responsible for leaving the loft the exact way it was prior to your booking. The loft is inspected before booking begins and right after booking period ends. If there are damages done to the property or furniture, there will be charges billed via DTLA VISUALS.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

-Furniture not returned to its original location may result in fees starting at $30

-If restroom keys are lost you will be charged $25

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All wall decorations may not be removed. Only the furniture may be rearranged excluding the larger furniture pieces such as the large couch and rug. You are welcomed to carefully move vases, chairs, and other smaller furniture pieces around to your liking. Remember that all moved furniture and decorations must be placed back to their original location before the shoot ends. Or else we will charge moving fees.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by dtla visuals service agreement.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

• Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
• Disposable masks / face coverings
• Hand Sanitizer

• Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
• Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Stunning NEW spacious loft decorated with modern interior decor. Our loft is located in the heart of downtown LA and is located on the 11th floor of the building with unobstructed views of the city. The single-story loft is 1,000 sqft and contains large windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight.

Parking description

Our building is surrounded by several pay parking lots and garages. Metered parking is also available right at our street (hourly rates may vary)

Enhanced cleaning measures:

• The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
• High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The loft does not have soundproofing so be respectful of our neighbors and do not play extremely loud music. The inside of the building is generally very quiet. In addition, since the loft is on the 11th floor you are farther away from sounds coming from the street.

Ground Floor, Elevator, Freight Elevator, Stairs

Equipment loading description

There are several loading zones on the street of the building and there is also freight elevator access for large equipment. Please let us know if you will need to use the freight elevator.

No staging area available

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

You are only allowed shoot inside the loft. The building's hallways, restrooms, and lobby are off-limit to shoot.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The room has plenty of outlets to use. There is also a circuit breaker located within the room. You are only allowed to access the circuit breaker with our permission.

Lighting description

Our loft contains large east facing 8 foot windows. The loft receives plenty of natural light since it is on the 11th floor and has no neighboring buildings blocking the sunlight. The windows have a covering that may be rolled down to block the sunlight as well as sheer long curtains which maybe also be used if you wish to not have a lot of direct sunlight.
