General Rules

*PLEASE READ* STUDIO RULES

By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. Failing to obey rules may result in booking period ending early without any refund. In addition, if you fail to obey rules and damage property you may be charged extra fines.

OVERTIME FEE:

No free overtime. To avoid overtime charges please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment is outside of the room when booking period ends. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate by 30 minute increments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

PROHIBITED:

- Do not use our glass tables to place your personal belongings. (use the provided foldable table)

-no shoes on the rug

-no standing on the furniture

-no food or drinks on the furniture and rug

-no smoking in building

-no alcohol in building

-no pets

-do not disturb neighbors, LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED and no loitering in the building's hallways

-no burning of candles

-STUDIO DOOR MUST BE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES

-all hung pieces can not be moved, only chairs and small items such as books, columns, vases, small tables, etc can be moved. Anything moved must be placed back before your shoot ends in its original spot.

- no feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them.

PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES

You are responsible for leaving the loft the exact way it was prior to your booking. The loft is inspected before booking begins and right after booking period ends. If there are damages done to the property or furniture, there will be charges billed via Peerspace.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

-Furniture not returned to its original location may result in fees starting at $30

-If restroom keys are lost you will be charged $25

COVID-19

The space will be disinfected after every use and hand sanitizer will be provided. The bathroom is located right across the hallway so you can easily wash your hands and get paper towels if needed.

All wall decorations may be not removed. Only the furniture may be rearranged excluding the larger furniture pieces such as the large couch and rug. You are welcomed carefully move vases, chairs, and other smaller furniture pieces around to your liking. Remember that all moved furniture and decorations must be placed back to their original location before the shoot ends.

NEW studio, the first to have an entire prop wall for your use. This studio is a dream location for product photography as well as brand and portrait shoots. The studio gets BEAUTIFUL natural light as it has large windows and comes with hundreds of props to use for your photoshoot as well as photography equipment. The studio located in the heart of downtown LA and is located on the 11th floor of the building with unobstructed views of the city.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

• The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
• High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
• Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space has natural light

Lighting description

The space has very large east facing windows which provide abundant sunlight throughout the day. There are roll down blinds and sheer curtains which both can be used to control lighting.

The lighting is pretty consistent throughout the day, however it is the strongest from early morning until afternoon.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our building is extremely quiet as we are surrounded by offices. Therefore we also ask you to respect them by not playing really loud music or yelling.

As we are on the 11th floor the street noise is not as loud as it would be on the ground floor.

Electrical system description

The room has plenty of outlets to use. There is also a circuit breaker located within the room. You are only allowed to access the circuit breaker with our permission.
