BEFORE YOU ASK
The fine print
Check availability on any studio page, pick your date and window, and send the request with your name, email and shoot type. We confirm by email, usually within a few hours, and hold your slot once the booking is paid. Every studio has a one-hour minimum.
Cancel up to 7 days before your event start time for a full refund, including all fees. Cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before and receive a 50% refund, excluding fees. Cancellations inside 24 hours of the event start time are not refundable.
Yes. Street parking and paid lots sit within a block of both of our Downtown LA buildings, and freight elevator access makes load-in simple. Tell us your gear footprint when you book and we'll point you to the easiest route up.
Studios are bookable seven days a week, 7am to 10pm. Early load-ins and overnight holds are possible by request, ask when you book.
Every rental includes WiFi, natural light, furniture staging, a clothing rack and use of the dressing areas. Each studio page lists its full amenity set. A $35 cleaning fee applies per booking.
Yes. Beyond the rooms themselves we offer curation, casting & crew, and creative direction. Mention what you need in your booking request and we'll build it into your confirmation.
