Each studio page shows its real starting rate and any guest-count tiers up front, so there are no surprises at checkout. Booking takes three steps:

- Confirm the details: we reply by email, usually within a few hours, with your room, rate and any add-ons to approve.
- Lock your date: your slot is held once the booking is approved.
