    Yes! There is all-day parking on site for $9 cash. The parking is located underground, which you will enter through an alley next to our building. It operates from ___ to ___ on a first come, first served basis. 


    If our on-site parking happens to be full, we recommend doing meter parking or parking at the following parking structures:

    Our building has 3 elevators which you can access from our main lobby and underground parking. As well as a freight elevator for large equipment which operates from 8am-5:45pm Monday-Friday and 8-12pm on Saturdays.

    Our studios are not soundproof and we ask guests to keep noise level at a minimum to respect our neighbors. LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED. 


    Our building is in a very quiet building and the studios are located on the 6th or 11th floor allowing for outside noise to not be as loud as it otherwise would be on a lower floor.

    Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price. 

    Guests may cancel the booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking prices 

    Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable. 

    Our cancellation policy applies if you or any of your team members test positive for Covid/ an emergency occurs.

    Our windows are all east facing. Our studios have great natural light throughout the day! For strong, direct light we recommend early morning to afternoon. For softer, more consistent lighting we recommend booking after noon.
